Vodacom Easter Fever Beach Festival

What: Vodacom Easter Fever Beach Festival.

When: Friday 18 – Sunday, 20 April.

Where: Ballito and Margate beach.  

The Run down:  The Vodacom Easter Fever festival is held in Ballito and Margate. This event is bursting with fun on the beach, with lots of activities, competitions and entertainment for the whole family. They will be holding treasure hunt’s, rugby and soccer tournaments as well as the Vodacom Miss Easter Fever pageant. both Ballito and Margate over the Easter weekend.

What: Ushaka Easter Hunt.

When: Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 March.

Where: Ushaka Marine World.

The Run Down:  It is Africa’s largest Easter Treasure Trail. The Kids are in for a treat, from a massive search of Easter eggs to fun activities and face painting. They also have an option of watching the Easter dolphin show.

Cost: R130pp for the Easter Hunt or R180pp for a combo ticket

When: 27 March

Where: Margate Beach

The Run Down: Lots of fun in the sun to be had by the whole family. They will be hosting beach games as well as a sports zone. Lots of prizes and giveaways to be won and some great competitions. No beach fun will be complete without a talent show. Look out for the fun from 10.00am to 3.00pm.

The Run Down: Suncoast has a range of things for the whole family to enjoy. From meeting the Easter bunny to magic shows as well as Kiddies buskers and balloon artists. There is so much to be enjoyed this Easter.

Aussie Circus

 What: Aussie Circus

When: 18 March – 3 April

Where: Crawford Collage / La Lucia

The Run Down:  The Aussie Circus is in town and ready to blow you away with their unbelievable circus performance. Their shows times are 7.00pm every evening and 10.00am as well as 2.00pm on weekends. This will have the kids sitting glued to their every move.

 Gateway Lindt Easter Hunt

What: Lindt Gold Bunny Garden

When: 24 – 27 March

Where: Gateway Theatre of Shopping

The Run Down: Join the Lindt gold bunny for the ultimate Easter egg hunt, 12 children will be able to hunt at a time. A maximum of 12 eggs can be found per child. What an awesome experience as it is all free. Keep your ears open for the Lindt bunny bell as there are only two hunts per hour.

 Pavillion

What: Candy Rush Challenge

When: 21 March – 3 April

Where: Pavillion Shopping Centre

The Run Down:  The pavilion is egging on families to have an Easter to remember, from hunting for chocolates, to biting into delicious hot cross buns and enjoying marshmallow treats. This year the Pavilion will be hosting their very first life size Candy Rush Challenge Make as many combinations of three of the same in a row in only three moves before trying to guess how many Easter eggs are in the giant mason jar. Up for grabs for one lucky shopper who guesses the most correct, is a trolley dash to the value of R20 000.

Cost: For every R250 you spend you at the Pavilion, will have the opportunity to entre.

When: 25 – 27 March

Where: Galleria Mall

The Run Down:  Head on down to the Edgars Court where you will find the beautiful Easter Garden. Where the kids can look forward to daily Easter egg hunts, egg painting, Easter bonnet painting and the photos with the Easter Bunny.

What: Easter Craft Garden

When: 25 – 28 March

Where: Shelly Centre

The Run Down: Daily Easter fun crafts for the kids to enjoy, face painting as well as Cliffy the Clown. Most importantly, the Easter Bunny will be there to wish all the children a very happy Easter.
